Our third goal was to offer a few new ideas. We want to provide our associates with enough business to cover their cost of doing business in our office.

Yes you read that right. We are passing out business to our associates. We are passing out 100’s of leads every month to our team as a result of our advertising. I can report a resounding success with the leads we give out. Our associates are very pleased.

Millions of dollars in sales have taken place since June 1st when we started to distribute our leads. We also offer two other ways for our associate’s to be referred business due to the affiliation with our office and REMAX International. As broker/owners we are focused on lead generation for our associates, its fun.

We are the first office in the area to focus on full service to our associates, with REMAX behind us and all of the great tools we offer along with lead generation. It is very satisfying for us to provide our great associates with business. After being ranked in the top 2% of Realtors nationally, not only can I pass on my experiences, helping to guide my associates through sticky situations, we are also providing them with business.

No other real estate office is so focused on helping our associates BUILD THEIR BUSINESS I am proud to also say that we are seeing great results from our in house education and realtor designation programs.

We have made it possible for continuing education and clock hour classes to be taken right here in our office. Wow, a first class office space with all of the high tech luxuries. A lead generation program which ensures several deals a year to our associates.
